Compare the communities
Lake Bonavista and Mahogany are both lake communities, but they couldn't be more different. We'll tour the ones that fit and talk about fees, schools and commutes.

See the right homes
I watch the market daily and often hear about homes before they're listed. When the right one comes up, you'll be among the first through the door.

Make a smart offer
I'll pull the recent sales, explain the conditions that protect you, and negotiate hard on your behalf.

Buying in a lake community
What to know before you buy on the lake.
Every lake is private, run by a residents' association with an annual fee. I'll get you the current fee schedule and what it covers.
Lakefront and lake-access homes share the same beaches and programs, but lakefront homes are rare and priced accordingly.
Each lake has its own rules on boats, docks and storage. We'll make sure the one you choose fits how you want to use it.
Older lake communities offer mature trees and bigger lots; newer ones offer new construction and modern amenities.
