Lake Chaparral

Chaparral is built around a 32-acre lake and an adjoining 21-acre park with two waterfalls and a recreation centre with full-time staff. The lake has fishing, boating and even an underwater obstacle course for divers. In winter the lake is prepared for skating, so residents use it all year round.

Just south of Highway 22X, Chaparral has easy access to shopping at Shawnessy, movie theatres, restaurants and four golf courses within a 20-minute drive. Built from 1995 on, it’s a newer community that’s now well established, with homes ranging from family two-storeys to lakefront properties with their own docks.
