My story
I've been doing this long enough to have sold some homes three times.
I started selling real estate in Calgary in the mid-1990s, and it didn't take long to find my niche. Calgary's lake communities had a lifestyle all their own, and the people who loved them wanted an agent who understood it: which lakes are best for paddling, which streets back onto the water, and how the residents' associations really work.
Today I'm with CIR REALTY, and a big share of my business comes from past clients and their families. I've helped people buy their first lake-access townhome, move up to the waterfront, and later downsize into a condo in the same community. That kind of trust is the part of the job I'm proudest of.
Whether you're buying or selling, my promise is simple: I'll listen first, give you honest advice, and work for you every step of the way to get the best possible result in the shortest possible time.
